Where Are You Located?

The Legacy Event Space is located about 5 minutes North of Downtown West Palm Beach Florida, near The Northwood Village.


What is Your Max Capacity?

The property can accommodate 75 to 150 guests but we host events of all sizes.


Can I Bring My Own Alcohol?

No need! Legacy offer multiple bar options and packages that’ll keep your thirst quenched. Outside alcohol is not permitted.


What is your Deposit?

We are flexible and will work with your budgets, though initial deposits are typically just $500.


How Late Can Events Go?

You have up to 6 hours of event time included with your rental, you choose whichever 6 hours you’d like, though we typically wrap up events around 12am.


Do We Have Exclusive Use of the Property?

Yes, during your event time you and your guests will be the only people on property (besides our staff).


Do You Have Preferred Vendors?

Yes, we have a long list of preferred vendors that we like to work with, some of which even offer discounted prices. Reach out if you’d like to learn more.


Is Smoking Allowed on Property?

Smoking is allowed in all outdoor spaces! Smoke Responsibly ;)


Do Your Prices Change Based on the Day of the Week?

Yes, our rental rates are different based on the day of the week you host your event! We have lower costs for Weekday and Friday / Sunday events.
